This internal reporting channel allows whistleblowers—that is, anyone wishing to report actual or suspected conduct observed in the course of Liege Airport’s activities that is contrary to the public interest, in certain areas protected by law—to submit a report confidentially and securely, and to ensure appropriate follow-up.

Your report must concern one of the areas covered by the law on the protection of persons reporting violations. To determine whether your report falls within the scope of this system or for any information regarding the internal reporting channel, please consult the policy specific to this reporting channel.

All personal data communicated through this reporting mechanism is processed in accordance with applicable regulations regarding the protection of personal data and privacy.

Before submitting a report, please review the personal data protection policy regarding Liege Airport’s internal reporting channel.

As a whistleblower, you are the only one able to determine the nature and scope of the information—including personal data—provided in your report. It is therefore important that you ensure you provide only the information strictly necessary for the report.

This form is strictly confidential. The authorized personnel responsible for handling your report are committed to strictly maintaining confidentiality and collecting only the information necessary to process, follow up on, and, if necessary, resolve any identified violation as effectively as possible.

Although Liege Airport encourages non-anonymous reports to facilitate investigations and follow-up, you have the option to remain anonymous. Anonymous reports cannot, by definition, be protected under the law, as described in the specific policy for this reporting channel.

Therefore, in the case of an anonymous report, we encourage you to use an email address that does not reveal your identity to ensure effective processing and follow-up.
