The Van der Valk Liege Airport Hotel

The Van der Valk Liege Airport will be located in the Airport City 4 zone. Construction is scheduled for the second quarter of 2027.

This hotel complex is designed to meet the needs of business travelers and companies. It will include 182 rooms, a 250-seat restaurant, and a panoramic sky bar with a terrace.

The offering will be complemented by an 800 m² wellness and fitness area, 10 meeting rooms, and 270 parking spaces.

The "Les P'tits Soleils" daycare center

Airport City 4 will also welcome the "Les P'tits Soleils" nursery in September 2026.

With 56 cribs, it will benefit from the expertise of the "Les P'tits Soleils" pilot project run by the Wal'Crèches network.

This local nursery, open to all, will be approved and subsidized by the ONE.

Lemaire Engineers

Airport City 4 is also home to the Lemaire Engineers building, constructed in 2021.

Developed to the north of the airport site, this 4,000 m² administrative building is intended for companies outside the airport that use the new cargo halls in the northern zone.

Built in two phases of 2,400 m² each, the building is now fully leased.

Weerts Group and Weerts Racing Team

Since 2025, Airport City 4 has been home to the Weerts Group's logistics warehouse, which includes infrastructure dedicated to the Weerts Racing Team.

Spread over 15,000 m² of workshops and offices, the complex houses the company's headquarters and research and development activities dedicated to motor racing.

This project strengthens the site's international presence through strategic partnerships.
