The Governance Charter

The Governance Charter, approved by the Board of Directors in October 2023, sets forth the rules governing the company’s operations and the responsibilities of its governing bodies, without prejudice to applicable laws, regulations, and the company’s articles of incorporation. 

It also serves as a guide for identifying the competent body when making any decision.

Code of Conduct, Ethics & Compliance

This code covers the following topics:

  • A reminder to comply with the laws, regulations, and mandatory provisions in effect within the company. 

  • The conduct to be observed in dealings with suppliers, which constitutes the Group’s Purchasing Charter. 

    It is structured around: 

    • the principles to be observed in the purchasing process
    • rules of good conduct
    • the integration of sustainable development into the purchasing process
    • situations involving conflicts of interest
    • expenses incurred by employees on behalf of Liege Airport, including restaurant, travel, and accommodation costs
    • the appropriate conduct for employees regarding business gifts and invitations to events (including both gifts and invitations received, as well as gifts given and invitations extended to events organized by the company)
    • payment of parking fines and traffic tickets
    • the protection of information and personal data
